Important Update Regarding Your Order for the JVD Open Event

Dear Valued Customer,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an unfortunate error that occurred during the production of your order for the JVD Open shooter shirts.

For several years, we have taken immense pride in providing high-quality merchandise, particularly our custom shooter shirts, which have been highly popular among our customers. Regrettably, this time, an oversight in the production process has led to incorrect sizing for the men's shooter shirts. I want to assure you that this incident is as disappointing for us as it is for you, and we take full responsibility for the mistake.

To address this situation and make amends, we have devised a plan to ensure you still have something to wear at the JVD Open event. Here's what you can expect from us:

  1. You will receive the shooter shirt that has been produced, even if it's the wrong size. It might be just one size off and could still fit you comfortably.
  2. You will also receive the shooter shirt in the size that you have ordered. This will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and then delivery.
  3. As a gesture of goodwill, we will include a free exclusive T-shirt with the JVD Open shield logo on it. The size will be one size larger than your ordered size, as the sizing charts vary. We hope this additional shirt can be worn comfortably at the event.

In order to facilitate the shipping process, we kindly ask you to fill out a Google Form with your updated shipping details. This will ensure that the correct products reach you without any further delays. Here is the link to the form:

For those who have chosen the option of shipping, your order will be dispatched after the JVD Open event. If you prefer to pick up your order at the event, you are more than welcome to do so, and we will refund the shipping cost to you.

I understand that this may not completely alleviate the disappointment you are experiencing, but please know that we are doing everything in our power to rectify this situation. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to making this right for you.
